Daunat optimises production with Dassault Systèmes and Dymasco

Daunat is partnering with Dassault Systèmes and Dymasco to take a new step forward in optimising its production operations.

Daunat is a leading player in the snacking market in France, offering sandwiches, salads, hot snacks and desserts. With 5 production plants, more than 1,500 employees and over 600,000 products assembled every day, the company operates with a strong focus on proximity and accessibility.

This is a group-wide industrial transformation project, involving the deployment of the DELMIA solution across all sites to meet Daunat’s specific operational requirements: fresh products, high food traceability standards, precise material flow management and advanced scheduling strategies capable of handling variability while ensuring service levels.
